  • The amount of savings varies from state to state according to local costs of energy. A UV representative will assist you in determining your available savings. Click HERE to find out your savings.

  • First, contact UV to receive a complimentary consultation to evaluate your energy situation. Next, a survey team will conduct an in-person evaluation of your home in order to prepare your final design. Following the survey, a certified installation team will install your system!

  • If you could pay less for your electricity while contributing clean energy to the environment, would you? If you answered anything other than yes, solar may not make sense for you.

Servicing, warranties, & maintenance

  • All of our panels come with a 25 year manufacturer warranty for any defects related to manufacturing. The system itself has an additional 25 year production warranty guaranteeing system production for at least 25 years.

  • The 25 year manufacturer warranty covers any issues or defects related to manufacturing. System owners are responsible for bi-annual system cleaning.

  • You can either transfer the system to the new homeowner, or pay off the balance of the system and incorporate it into the sale price of the home.

  • No, solar installations are tax-exempt.

  • Our installations include a 10-year roof warranty for any defects in workmanship or issues arising as a result of the install.

The solar technology

  • Your home will remain connected to the grid. Any excess energy your system produces will be routed to the grid.

  • Your system will turn off and cease to produce. It is not safe to send energy back to the grid when it is down.

  • Systems still produce during cloudy or foggy weather patterns. Prolonged rain or snow may affect system production.

  • Yes. Multiple studies have shown that when analyzing two otherwise comparable homes, homes with solar are worth more.
